Paul Cyril Masterman, age 45, passed away on April 13, 2020. Paul was born in Reading, England on March 31, 1975. Paul and his family moved to Knoxville, Tennessee in 1985 and remained here since. He is survived by his two daughters, Brittany Baggs and Courtney Baggs, his five siblings, Michelle Aldridge, Scott Masterman, Susannah Masterman, Amee Masterman, and Candace Touchstone, his mother Gail Masterman, and his grandmother, Barbara Canning.
