Buddy Wilcox Ruis, age 70, of Cumming, passed away Friday, November 9, 2018. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, who dearly loved his family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vida Dale Ruis; brother, Peanut Ruis. Survivors include his children, Shannon and Amy Ruis of Cumming, Chad Ruis of Cumming, Lindsay Ruis of Cumming; sisters, Marie (Don) Kinzer of Nashville, TN, Minnola (Ray) Burnette of Cumming, Charlotte Carter of Cumming; brothers, Johnny (Geraldine) Ruis of Jefferson, Doc Ruis of Winder, Marvin (Robbie) Ruis of Cumming; grandchildren, Matthew and Elijah Ruis. Funeral services will be held Sunday, November11that 2:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rodney Allen and Rev. Robbie Mathisofficiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Saturday from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Sunday from 12:00 noon until hour of the service.
