Ms. Kathryn Lois Akin

Kathryn Lois Akin was born on March 13, 1956 in Montebello, California, to Louis and Mary (McCullough) Gill. She passed away on April 4, 2013, at the age of 57.. Kathy attended Whittier High School and El Rancho High School as well as Fullerton College. She was a licensed beautician and cosmotologist and was the supervisor and instructor of the Career Academy of Beauty. Kathy was involved in the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce and influential in the community. She was a creative person and enjoyed tennis, pool, and horse training. Kathy was a happy, artistic and outgoing person who was loved by her clients, friends and family. She exhibited a big heart of love and giving to all.[more]
