Sheryl Hanefeld

Sheryl (Soleta) Hanefeld, 64, of Vancouver, WA died May 7th, 2010, at Meridian Park Hospital in Tualatin, OR. Sheryl Ann Soleta was born April 16, 1946, to Merlin and Lois Soleta in Windom. She attended Windom public schools and graduated in 1964. In 1966 she married Douglas Hanefeld of Windom and together they had two daughters, Jennifer and Julie. After living in several states they moved to Oregon in 1993. Even with struggling with diabetes for several years she still found time to volunteer for church and other organizations. She enjoyed spending time with her daughters and doing church work. Survivors include her mother Lois (Duane) Overaas of Jackson; two daughters Jennifer (Steven) and Julie (Chris) all of Oregon; one brother Larry (Janet) of Woodbury, MN; one sister Joanne (Randy) of Ham Lake, MN; and many other relatives and friends.
