Sandra K. "Sandy" Scott, 67, of Waterloo, IA, died on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 in Waterloo. She was born on January 1, 1953 in Waterloo, the daughter of William Francis and Marilyn (Helmers) Scott Sandy graduated from West High School class of 1971. She worked as a legal secretary for Robert Mason, Robert Rausch as well others for short periods. Sandy is survived by her mother, Marilyn Scott of Waterloo; brother, James "Jim" (Carmell) Scott; brother in law, Jeff Shirley; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, William Scott; sister, Kathy Shirley; and brother, Randy Scott. Sandy loved horses and horse shows.
