Toni Smith was born March 16, 1956 to Robert Williamson and Loretta June Slayter-Holmes in Kansas City, MO. The family later relocated to Iowa and she graduated from Mason City High School.  Toni was married to the late James Smith. Tonie was the family caretaker.
