Nicole A. Petulla

Nicole A. Petulla passed away unexpectedly in Phoenix, AZ on June 7, 2020 at the young age of 31. Nicole is survived by her father David Petulla of Scottsdale, AZ, her brother Samuel Petulla of New York City, her fiancé Victor Velazquez of Phoenix, AZ and her "second parents" Jorge and Rosa Velazquez. She is preceded in death by her mother Patricia Petulla who passed in 2000. Nicole was born on June 28, 1988 in Norwalk, CT and moved to Scottsdale, AZ in 1999. She attended several schools in Scottsdale but graduated from Spring Ridge Academy in Spring Valley, AZ with a high school degree. She enjoyed playing soccer and was on the JV basketball team. She was an honor student at Rio Salado Community College at the time of her death. Nicole began working for STSS Recycling LLC in April 2017 as a hard drive tester. She was promoted several times and her latest position was Resale Database Manager. Nicole was a quick-witted and a passionate woman that overcame many challenges in her life.
