Robert Chandler Evans

Williamsburg-Robert Chandler Evans was born March 14, 1958 in Marengo, Iowa, the son of Carl and Patricia (Chandler) Evans. He served in the United States Army and Army Reserves. He worked with his father as a salesman. Robert died Friday, June 26, 2020 at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in Iowa City at the age of 62. He is survived by a daughter Mackenzie Netser (fiancé Adam Taukei) of North English; a sister, Nancy (Richard) Bohrn of Iowa City and two brothers, Richard (Julie) Evans of Williamsburg and Paul (Amy) Evans of Austin, Texas and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Steve. The Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg is caring for Robert and his family. There will be no service.
