Donna Rae Palmer

Donna Rae Palmer, age 55, of the Kingwood Pike, Morgantown, passed away early Wednesday morning, August 23, 2017 at JW Ruby Memorial Hospital. Donna was born October 31, 1961 in Morgantown, a daughter of Fay Arlene Howell Dalton of Lancaster, SC, and the late Ray Allen Palmer. In addition to her mother, she is survived by five siblings, Diana Palmer of Lancaster, SC, Elaina Self of Morgantown, Ray Palmer, III and his wife Laura of Rock Hill, SC, Rich Hunt of Wilmington, NC, and Paul Dalton and his fianc Zack Sewell of Clarksburg; her step-mother, Carole Palmer Delacruz and her husband Miguel of Lancaster, SC; her aunts, Marilee Fabiano of Morgantown, Belvia Smith and her husband Rick of Bracey, VA and Cinda Barton and her husband Dennis of Oak Harbor, OH; three nieces; four nephews; four great-nieces; three great-nephews; and several cousins. Along with her father, she was preceded in death by two grandmothers, three uncles and two aunts. Donna was an animal lover who always contributed to the ASPCA, and gave of her time by doing volunteer work in different areas. In accordance with Donnas wishes, she has been cremated.
