L. Carol Gott

Visitation will be held from 4-7 P.M. Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Runge Mortuary and Crematory. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. She will be laid to rest at Davenport Memorial Park. Memorial contributions can be made in Carol's name to the American Cancer Society. Online condolences may be left at www.RungeMortuary.com.

Carol was born March 10, 1932 to Ernest Lewis and Lula Davis Lewis in Cincinnati, Iowa. She married the love of her life, Albert Gott, on December 13, 1952 in Centerville, Iowa and he passed away in 1993. She retired from JC Penny's after 25 years of service.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, golf, traveling, reading, playing bunko, and going to lunch with her friends and family.
