Dorothy Ann Jack, 87, passed away on July 13, 2020 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born October 8, 1932 in Kansas City, Kansas to parents Arthur Daniel Ware and Anna Maria Humes. Dorothy attended Central High in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated in 1950. She was a clerk in the Juvenile Division at the Maricopa Municipal Court. Dorothy had many accomplishments; she was a minister, artist, writer and singer. She was a spiritualist and a member of the Unity Church. Some of Dorothy's hobbies included painting, singing, spiritual healing, writing, and composing meditation songs.
Dorothy is survived by her children, Angela Thomas of Phoenix, AZ, Lisa Abdulaziz of Aurora, Co, Chandler Jack III of Aurora, CO, Mark (Benjena) Jack of Aurora, CO, and Anthony Jack of Japan; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
