Evelyn R. Pemberton

Mrs Evelyn R. (Joubert) Pemberton, of Taunton, died unexpectedly Monday, November 14 in Morton Hospital. She was the wife of Charles T. Pemberton. She was born 77 years ago in Taunton, the daughter of the late Grant and Dora (Dumont) Joubert. She was educated in Taunton, having graduated for the former St. Jacques Grammar School and Taunton High School, and had been a lifelong city resident. Prior to her retirement, she had been employed as a part marker at the former Haskon Corporation in Taunton for 22 years. Evelyn was a member of the Wednesday Nite Mixed Bowling League at Taunton Ten Pin. She enjoyed playing bingo, bowling, playing Texas Hold Em, visiting Foxwoods, knitting, and spending time with her family and friends.
