Wayne F. Strickland

Wayne F. Strickland, Sr. of Wareham, passed away on January 25th, 2020. He was born in Medford on January 21st, 1955 to the late John T. Strickland and Janet (Daykin) Strickland. Wayne was a Journeyman for a Book Binding Company and later retired with his wife in 2017 to Swift Beach. Wayne is survived by his wife of 43 years, Angela (Mitrano) Strickland, his son Wayne F. Strickland Jr.; his daughter Danielle (Strickland) DiRusso and her husband Charlie DiRusso; brother of John T. Strickland Jr., Judy (Strickland) Crosbie, Darlene (Strickland) Arsenis. Wayne was the cherished pappy to 6 grandchildren, CJ, Kata, Aubrey, Brielle, Adele and Dommy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as his two dogs Ruby and Lei Lei. Wayne was a Patriots fan, animal lover, enjoyed walks on the beach, golf, hunting but most of all he loved spending time with his family. Wayne will be greatly missed by all.
