Paul E. Carter, age 70, died August 1, 2014 in his Jonesboro residence. Born Thursday, May 18, 1944 in Fairmount, Indiana. son of the late Walter Carter and the late Sarah (Gardner) Carter. He married Glenna K. (Collins)Carter on August 24, 1962.Glenna survives in Jonesboro. He was employed by Plumber & Pipe Fitters Local 166 of Ft. Wayne for 45 years and attended thePilgrim Holiness Church. He enjoyed Fishing, NASCAR, and football but most of all taking care of his great-grandchildren. Surviving are sons, Lee Carter of Peru, IN and David (Genie) Carter of Marion, IN, daughter, Jackie (Jay) Martz of Fairmount, IN, brothers, Michael Carter, Charles Carter of Marion, IN and Walter (Jenny) Carter of Marion, IN, sisters, Vickie Christison and Debbie (Charles) Deweese of Anderson, IN; 3 grand children; Jessica Carter, Marion, IN Jennifer (Todd)Kemerer, Burten, MI Jamie Carter, Marion, IN 9 great grandchildren:Megan Havens, McKenzie Carter, Carly Carter NiriyaCarter, Cameron Carter, Tymyah Dennis, Alexas Thomas.
