Gregory Kenneth Hoke

Gregory Kenneth Hoke, age 47 of Jonesboro, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2015, on the family farm. He was born on July 9, 1968, in Marion to Kenneth and Candace (Cain) Hoke, both surviving in Jonesboro. Greg was a 1986 graduate of Madison-Grant High School. On September 2, 1989, he married the love of his life Lisa Ashley, at Fairmount Friends Church. Greg loved farming, raising soybeans, wheat, and hay on his family farm, Hoke Farms. He and his family were former members of Sunnycrest Baptist Church in Marion. He enjoyed on occasion fishing and hunting for deer. Most of all, Greg was a family man and a wonderful father, always being involved with his childrens activities, especially 4-H. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Fairmount Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 415 S. Main St., Fairmount, Indiana, 46928. Visitation will be on Sunday, October 4, from 2:00 6:00 p.m. at the Fairmount Chapel. A funeral service will be on Monday, October 5, at 10:00 a.m. at the Fairmount Chapel, with Pastor Brock Meyer officiating. Interment will be at Grant Memorial Park Cemetery in Marion.
