Phyllis J. McCoy

Phyllis J. McCoy, 89, passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, at Wesleyan Health Care in Marion, Indiana. Phyllis was born on September 9, 1927, in Upland, Indiana, the daughter of Chet and Gladys (Gregg)Waggy. Phyllis married the love of her life, Robert E. McCoy, in 1952. They were married for 62 years when Bob passed away on January 25, 2015. They built two homes together, loved to travel, and visited 46 states. Phyllis worked as a packer for Owens-Illinois in Gas City. She loved to play bingo, cards, and computer games. She also enjoyed bowling, crocheting, and going on road trips.
