Toby Crossman

HOUSTON, MN - Toby N. Crossman, 80, of Houston, MN died on August 5, 2020, Mayo Clinic Health System - Franciscan Health Care in La Crosse, WI. Toby was born on December 2, 1939, in White Hall, Illinois to Donald and Harriett (Martin) Crossman. He graduated from White Hall High School. On August 29, 1970. Toby was united in marriage with Suzanne Samuels. Toby worked as an engineer in the telephone industry for his entire career. Toby and Suzanne owned and operated the Yucatan Supper Club in Yucatan during the 1990s. He was a member of the Son's of the American Legion. In his spare time, Toby enjoyed fishing and hunting. Toby is survived by three children: Jim (Kathy) Clark of La Crescent, MN, Teresa (Michael) Ash of St. Paul, MN and Malynda Jordahl of La Crescent, MN; five grandchildren: Zach, Travis, Jake, Amanda and Emma; and by four siblings: Donna, Diana, Richard and Wayne. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents and a son, Michael. There will be a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2020, at Hoff Funeral Home in Houston.
