Michael K. Butler, 66, of Fort Dodge died on Sunday, August 9, 2020 at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home. As per his wishes, no services are to be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gunderson Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Michael Butler, the son of John F. and Beverly L. (Knight) Butler was born on October 30, 1953 in Fort Dodge, IA. He graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School in 1972. Michael Butler was united in marriage to Rose Prather on June 23, 1993 at Dolliver Park. Michael is survived by his wife, Rose; his stepdaughter, Sharie (Dan) Ball; his sister, Valerie L. Butler-Waters; his nephew, Tyler S. Anderson; and his step granddaughter, Tabatha Ball. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, John and Beverly; and his brother, Jeff. Memorials may be directed to the discretion of the family.
