Jack Hawkins, age 71 of Monroe, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2020, at Accura Healthcare of Newton East. Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 14, 2020 at 1:00 pm at Silent City Cemetery in Monroe. Memorials may be directed to the family and condolences may be left for the family at www.coburnfuneralhomes.com The son of Jason and Agnes (Gifford) Hawkins, Jack was born on January 19, 1949, in Monroe. He graduated from Monroe High School. Jack was united in marriage to Judy Thomasson. Jack had a passion for working on cars and also sold them. Those left to honor his memory include his daughter, Cindy Hawkins, a grandson, Gunner; his mother, Agnes; a brother-in-law, Jerry Miller; a nephew, Calvin (Anna) Miller and their family Alice and Kai. Preceding Jack in death was his father, wife, Judy; siblings, Jane, Burton and Sharon and nieces, Stephanie, Penny and Angela. [more]
