Randolph L. "Randy" Coulter Elmwood-Randolph "Randy" Coulter, 69, passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at the Renaissance Care Center in Canton. He was born on May 10, 1951 in Peoria to Melvin and Dolores (Endres) Coulter Sr. They preceded him in death. Surviving are his brothers, Bryan (Deb) Coulter of Elmwood, John Coulter of Elmwood, Ross Coulter of Elmwood, two sisters, Suzie (Ron) Worsfold of Elmwood, Tammy (Fred) Jaggi of Plano TX and one sister-in-law, Sandra Coulter of Ipava. Also preceding him in death is two brothers, Melvin "Butch" Coulter Jr. and Bruce Coulter. Randy worked for the state of Illinois and lastly as a prison guard for the state of Wyoming. He was known for his gardening skills and the vibrant flowers in his yard. His family always thought of him as the cowboy type and say he should have been born in the 1800's. Cremation rites have been accorded through Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton. There will be no services and the burial of his ashes will be held at a later date at Oak Hill Cemetery.
