2017. Evelyn worked as a phone operator in Iowa Falls, owned and operated "Sharp Upholstery", and was a tax preparer and bookkeeper. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in rural Hampton where she played the organ for over 20 years. Evelyn enjoyed gardening, camping, and spent most of her time preparing taxes and playing music. Evelyn is survived by her daughter Linda Williams of Hampton; son Dale (Audrey) Sharp of Hampton; son Gary (Sandy) Sharp of Mason City; daughter-in-law Mary Sharp of Sioux City; 11 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Max Sharp, son Larry Burmester, son Richard Sharp, son Clark (Delores) Burmester and brother Alton Hansen.
