Wingate, Loretta "Rett" Gates: Tuesday, September 29, 2020, at age 76, after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Predeceased by her parents, Lawrence and Marion Wingate; brother, Clarence "Clyde" Wingate; sister, Karen Deel. She is survived by her children, Laurie Amico, Michael (Jodi) Amico, Suzanne (Rick) Cognata, Stephen (Cherie) Amico; grandchildren, Jimmy, Anthony, Ashley, Brittney, Blake, Vinnie, Delilah, Hayley, Joey and Theo; sister-in-law, Lynda Wingate; many nieces and nephews. Loretta was a deli manager at the Gates Tops Friendly Market for over 37 years. Friends may call MONDAY from 4-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Rd., Gates. Funeral services Tuesday morning, October 6 at 10:00AM at the funeral home. Interment, Mumford Rural Cemetery.
