Phillips Quadruplets Ocean Phillips - Knox Phillips - Piper Phillips - Lola Phillips June 16, 2019 Jake and Whitney Phillips welcomed Quadruplets in the early morning hours on Sunday, June 16, 2019, in Provo, Utah. The four passed away a short time later in their mothers loving arms. Though they were only here a short time they will forever be in our hearts. We look forward to the day when we can see them again. We are sad and heart broken to see them go, but know this is Gods plan and he has a need for them on the other side. We also find comfort that grandpa Claye will be watching over them for us. Ocean, Knox, Piper and Lola Phillips are survived by parents Jake and Whitney Phillips; brother Casch Phillips; sisters Sayler and Navy Phillips; grandmother Kym Robb; grandparents Mike and Sally Phillips; great-grandparents Ronald and Maria Robb, and Eldon and Gerrie Buckalew; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. They are preceded in death by their grandfather Claye Ronald Robb. A private family service will be held Thursday with Interment in the Maeser Fairview Cemetery.
