Justin L. Hammack Lewistown - Justin L. Hammack, 26, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at the Graham Hospital in Canton. He was born on July 1, 1994 in Canton. Surviving are his parents, Jeremy (Lori) Hammack of Springfield, Kim Chaney of Lewistown, one daughter, Giannah Hammack, his Fiancée, Shawnee O'Dell, maternal grandparents, Vienna Snyder, James (Cathy) Snyder, one sister, Brittney Ekster of Peoria, one aunt, Carrie Wilkinson of Lewistown, three cousins, Sami, Tyler and Mia of Lewistown, two nephews and two nieces and many close friends who loved him dearly..
