exas until LBJ's passing. After his military service he became a Realtor for Nash Phillips-Copus where he was Top Salesperson of the Year selling just over 125 houses in one year. He was an avid Golfer, Bowler and enjoyed Fishing and Hunting, too. George loved to travel with his family and cruising soon became the ultimate vacation. After buying his childhood home, he would spend the Summers back in Hawley, that was where he was the happiest! George is survived by his two daughters, Karen A. Moreno (Charlie) of Dallas, TX and Kristi L. Schultz of Austin, TX. He had three grandchildren, Candace, Charlie, Jr. (Ashley) and Courtney Moreno, along with two great grandchildren, Fallon and Ruby. He is also survived by his youngest sister, Marlene Krahn (Willis) of Mountain Lake, MN and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Betty Lou Schultz and his sisters, Mildred Stevenson of Las Vegas, NV and Margaret "Tootsie" & (John) Biewer of Hibbing, MN and his brother-in-law, Dick Housholder of Detroit Lakes, MN. Memorials may be made to St. John/San Juan Lutheran Church at the above address. Our Family would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all of you for keeping us in your prayers and showing your love to our Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather.
