and the time he tamed a wild buck in his backyard. He will always be remembered for his great sense of humor. Survivors include his three sons Michael (Katherine) Helgeson, Green Bay, Mark (Teresa) Helgeson, Baldwin, Marshall (Susan) Helgeson, Pelican Lake; three daughters Maureen (Gary) Leindecker, Pelican Lake, Mischelle (Charles) Hittle, Lady Lake, Florida, Mary Ellen Severt, Post Lake; 13 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren; two sisters Pauline (George) Olinske, Cadott and Sharon (Roger) Mackie, Oak Creek; and his faithful companion Bo, his dog. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years and sister, Naomi Vaughn. On November 15, he came to saving faith in his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He went to his eternal home three days later. There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at 10 am at Elcho Cemetery.
