Arturo Romero Aguilera, 42, lost his two-year battle to cancer on November 15, 2020. He was the husband of Shellie Aguilera. They shared 17 years together.
Born in Merced, California, Art was the youngest of ten children. He moved to El Mirage, Arizona during grade school, where he attended Dysart High School. He was the Director of Supply at Abrazo West Valley, and he dedicated over 20 years of his life to the healthcare profession.
Art was the brightest light in the family. He got along with every person he met. His smile was comforting, disarming, and contagious! The warmth and love that radiated from Art can never be replaced, but it will never be forgotten.
Art loved his family so deeply. Whether he was watching the Dallas Cowboys, traveling to Laughlin, Nevada for a weekend getaway, or throwing barbecues, he made sure to do it with his family and friends by his side. More than being a beloved husband and father, Art was a beloved brother, son, uncle, and friend to many.
He is survived by his wife, Shellie Aguilera, and his four daughters Adrianna, Alexandria, Micaela, and Gabriella. He was preceded in death by his parents Emilio, and Herminia.
