Sarah Elizabeth Bowman

The family of Sarah Elizabeth Bowman mourn the loss of a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister and friend. Sarah was a loving and compassionate person who loved to be silly. She had the most beautiful smile that would light up your soul. At the age of 21 Sarah left this world on Friday, November 20, 2020 at St. Joseph's Hospital. She was born on March 20, 1999, in Illinois and grew up in Phoenix where she graduated from Horizon High School in 2017. Sarah was committed to working at the Women's Center as a GED tutor, helping many women achieve their degree. She was funny, vivacious, caring and courageous. Sarah fought hard these past four years after her car accident that resulted in a double lung transplant in 2016. Her presence in our lives will be sorely missed. I ached and yearned for that imaginary place, the one which I could breathe. Now I sit here with God, with Nature beauty and astounding light; and now I feel like finally I can BREATHE!
