Art Courville

Art Courville, age 81, of Dalton, passed away Friday, December 4, 2020 at Hamilton Medical Center. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Linda Courville; brother, Richard Courville; grandson, Michael Jorgensen. He served in the United States Army. Art had a passion for music and was a professional musician and played piano his whole life. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Steve Collins of Dalton; son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Andrea Courville of Rocky Face; sisters and brother-in-law, Ruth and Steve Makish of Boca Raton, FL, Elaine Boruszewski of Boca Raton, FL, Lorraine Knight of Ft Lauderdale, FL; brother, Leonard Courville of Ft Lauderdale, FL; grandchildren, Melissa and Brian Dyer, David and Jaime Jorgensen, Morgan Elrod, Layne Courville; great-grandchildren, Courtney, Elizabeth, Jacob, and Layla; special dog, Bella; several nieces and nephews also survived. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 7, 2020 at 1:00 pm at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home, with Pastor Michael Watkins Sr. officiating.
