Henry T. Holley

Augusta, Georgia--Private Graveside Services for Mr. Henry T. "Boot" Holley, 94, who entered into rest December 5, 2020, will be conducted in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Dr. Roy L. Head officiating. Mr. Holley was a native of Wrens, Georgia, a former resident of North Augusta, having made Augusta his home for the past 30 years. He served as a Merchant Marine during World War II and retired from E. I. DuPont Company and Westinghouse at the Savannah River Site. Mr. Holley was a member of the Silvercrest Baptist Church, the Acacia Masonic Lodge #315, AFM, the American Legion Post #63 and was a Shriner. He was predeceased by his wife, Gloria Bargeron Holley, his parents, Parkey Lee and Annie Prescott Holley, two brothers, Welton Chuck Holley and William Jessie Holley, five sisters, Ada Hood, Doretha Hood, Mildred Cowart, Agnes Aldridge and Eva Hobbs.
