Tracy Clark Webster

He spent as much time as possible with his cousins doing everything from riding bikes to get ice cream to camping and hunting in the mountains. After he moved to Vernal in 9th grade, he quickly made friends and continued to spend time outdoors. He married Alicia and they had three children who quickly developed his love of the outdoors. Tracy went to work at Deseret Power and made friends with everyone he worked with. He loved working and looked forward to returning. Throughout his cancer he continued to be a friend to many and would do anything he could to help someone. He loved life and will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. Tracy is survived by his wife Alicia; children: Karsen, Reagan, Bransen Webster; parents: Brenda (Bob) Kozlowski, Dyle (Carol) Webster; and brother Logan Webster. He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Lamond (Leda) Givens, Clark (Janeice) Webster; uncles Carl Givens and Barney Webster; aunt Judy Mair.
