Ricky Howard Starks, age 62, son of Curtis and Kay (Gushi) Starks, was born on February 13, 1958 in Japan. He passed away on December 10, 2020 in Omaha, Nebraska.
Ricky is survived and will be missed by his loving wife of 28 years, Marlene Starks; parents, Curtis and Kay Starks; brother, Norman (Marcina) Starks; stepdaughter, Shawnna Hilmer; step-mother Lois Olsen, nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
Private family services with burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery. The services will be livestreamed for those unable to attend. A link will be provided (above) at approximately 9:30 A.M., Saturday, December 19, 2020. Click on the link to watch.
