Alan W. Johnson

Alan W. "Al" Johnson, age 75 passed away early on Sunday, December 13, 2020. He was born on December 20, 1944 to Cloise and Sarah (Fisher) Johnson in Clarksville, TN. He enlisted into the US Army and served his country for 6 years. He was a dedicated employee at Local 154 where he worked as a plumber and pipefitter for 25 years. He also pursed a career as a salesman for 20 years. There he won 2 years as top salesman. On September 27, 1986 he married the love of his life Sandy Hoffman in Muskegon, MI. Together they cherished 34 years together full of love and laughter. Al was an outdoorsman and truly enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also had a passion for motorcycles and use to enjoy cruising all around town. Above all things, he loved his family and cherished his time spent with them. He will always be remembered as being a gentle giant and knowing just how to make you feel special. He was a thoughtful and tender-loving soul who will truly be missed by many.
