George J. Davis Sr.

George Joseph Davis Sr., 62 of Pickwick, died Sunday, December 27, 2020 at his home. George was born January 15, 1958 in La Crosse, WI to Walter and Edith (Fitch) Davis, and was a graduate of Winona Senior High School. He was employed with Valley Craft, Miller Scrap, Doug Good Trucking, South Wind Apple Orchard and was also a farm hand for many different farmers. George enjoyed many days at the Truckers Inn in Nodine drinking coffee and going to the sales barn to check out the cows. George lived on the home farm all his life. George is survived by his children, Andrea (Bradley) Lutz, Bud (Kerri) Davis, Ashley (Jeremy) Sveen, and Rex (Brooke) Davis; 6 grandchildren, Hannah Lutz, Shelby Lutz, Carter Davis, Lyle Davis, Alex Davis, and Johanna Torgerson; brothers and sisters, Wilbur, Lois Davis, Sharon (David) Korb, Joe (Billie Jo) Davis; niece and nephew, Lacey and Ethan Korb. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Edith; and niece, Mallory Korb. At George's request he was cremated, and no services will be held.
