Kenneth Allbee MUSCATINE - Kenneth Earl Allbee, 90, of Muscatine, died Friday, Dec. 31, 1999 at the Muscatine Care Center. Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, at the First Presbyterian Church in Muscatine. Revs. Michael Spangler and Pam Saturnia will officiate. Pallbearers will be Kenneth's nieces and nephews. Burial will be at Parr Cemetery in Muscatine. A luncheon will be held at the church following the services at the cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 - 7 p.m. Monday, at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home. A Masonic Service will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday. Memorials may be made to the Kenneth Allbee Memorial Fund. Mr. Allbee was born May 24, 1909, the son of Gus and Floy Baker Allbee in Muscatine. He married Anne Airheart on Aug. 20, 1939 in Dubuque. He taught in the Muscatine Community School District for 34 years before retiring. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Iowa Lodge #2 AF amp; AM Masons, Scottish Rite Consistory, KAABA Shrine, Elks Lodge, American Legion and had served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army.
