North Augusta, SC--Mr. Jeff H. Starkey, 80, entered into rest January 2, 2021. Memorial Services will be conducted Saturday afternoon, January 16, 2021, at 2 o'clock in the Richmond Dale Church of God with inurnment following at the Little Mound Cemetery, Richmond Dale, OH. Services will be directed by the Haller Funeral Home of Chillicothe, OH. Mr. Starkey was a native of Panther, WV, a former resident of Davenport, FL, having North Augusta his home for the past twelve years. He was a member of Sweetwater Church of God and was a self-employed HVAC repairman. Mr. Starkey was a United States Navy Veteran and was a member of the VFW and the Moose Club. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ezra Starkey and Ruby Daniels Starkey, a brother, Clarence Starkey.
