DAVENPORT, Iowa - James C. Wright, 67, of Davenport died Friday, Sept. 8, 2000, at Genesis Medical Center-West Campus, Davenport. Graveside services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Oakdale Memorial Gardens, Davenport. He was born on Oct. 7, 1932, in Tipton, Mo., the son of James D. Wright and Mollie (Hayes) Wright. He married Bok Sook Chong on May 1, 1984 in Seoul, Korea. He retired after working 40 years with AT amp;T. He enjoyed gardening. He is survived by his wife; two sisters, Norma Lane, Muscatine, and Bertha Clark, Sedalia, Mo.; three nephews, Ken Lane, Jim Lane and David Lane, all of Muscatine; special neighbors, Ned and Janice Arp, Davenport; and his special dog, Skippy.
