LULU CHRISTOPHERSEN MUSCATINE, Iowa - Lulu E. Christophersen , 91, formerly of 215 Lombard and the Clark House, died Friday, February 15, 2002 at Lutheran Homes. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Walnut Park Baptist Church. Reverend Dennis Hakes of the Walnut Park Baptist Church will officiate. Pallbearers will be Douglas Bacon, Jeff Bacon, Christina Soper, Shannon Bellnap, Jill Ziegenhorn, Beth Simpson, and Paul Christophersen. Honorary Bearers will be Clay Christophersen and Riley Christophersen. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Walnut Park Baptist Church and the Lutheran Homes. Mrs. Christophersen was born on September 25,1910 in Letts, Iowa, the daughter of Charles and Martha Cox Snyder. She married Clarence H. Christophersen on September 17, 1931 in Galena, IL. She was a member of the Walnut Park Baptist Church and a life member of the Eastern Star. She had retired from H.J. Heinz where she had worked in quality control for 12 years.
