She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Riverside; Eastern Star; and the Daughters of the American Revolution. Survivors include two stepchildren, Jean Fox and husband Lyle and Mary Anne Swailes and husband Richard, all of Ainsworth; stepdaughter-in-law, Sheryl Havel of Camdenton, Mo.; stepson-in-law, Wayne Strabala of Coggan; many nieces and nephews; stepgrandchildren great-stepgrandchildren; and countless friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sisters, Helen Tener and Wilma Slawson; a brother, John Tener; and two stepchildren, Nancy Strabala and Tom Havel.
