Ward Latcham WASHINGTON, Iowa #45;- Ward Reynolds Latcham, 63, 720 N. Marion Ave., Washington, died Saturday, June 15, 2002, at Washington County Hospital after a sudden illness. Services are 10:30 a.m. at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home, Washington. The Rev. Brett Best will officiate. Burial will be at Elm Grove Cemetery, Washington. Visitation is after 9 a.m. Tuesday, with family present 7-8:30 p.m., at the funeral home. A memorial has been established. Mr. Latcham was born on Dec. 26, 1938, in Cedar, the son of Reynolds and Minnie Ward Latcham. He married Sharon Dickerson on April 3, 1971, in Washington. He lived most of his life in Washington. He graduated from Hedrick High School. He worked at Consolidated Nutrition, now ADM, in Washington for 23 years. He was an assistant Scout Master for troop No. 242, Washington. He liked woodworking, the Iowa Hawkeye's and attending his grandchildren's sporting events. Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Kim McDonald and her husband, Heath, of Ainsworth, Jacque Johnson and her husband, Jerry, and Tammy Drayfahl and her husband, Jim, all of Washington; four sons, Robert Latcham and his wife, Jodi, of Washi...[more]
