Phillip Kraus MUSCATINE, Iowa #45;- Phillip Kraus, 88, of Muscatine died Friday, October 4, 2002, at the Muscatine Care Center in Muscatine. Services are 12 p.m. Monday at Nichols Chapel Hill Funeral Home amp; Crematory. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at Nichols Chapel Hill Funeral Home and Crematory in Muscatine. Mr. Kraus was born March 15, 1914, at Wauseon, Ohio, the son of Henry and Catherine Elizabeth Simon Kraus Sr. He was employed by H.J. Heinz Co. from 1968 -1981. He retired from Keller Industries in 1990. Mr. Kraus is survived by one brother, Henry Kraus of Muscatine. [more]
