Harley Clevenger NORFOLK, Neb. #45;- Harley D. Clevenger, 63, Norfolk, died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2002, at the Faith Regional Health Services Center, Norfolk. Services are 1 p.m. Friday at the Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home, Columbus Junction. The Rev. Paul Ostrem will officiate. Burial will be at the Columbus City Cemetery with full military rites by the Alan Wright Hanft Post No. 100. Visitation is 4-6 p.m. today at the funeral home. A memorial has been established for the Vietnam veterans. Mr. Clevenger was born on Dec. 3, 1938, in Brainerd, Minn., the son of Pearlie and Pearl Hopps Clevenger. He married Shirley Longbine and they later divorced. He served in the Vietnam War in the U.S. Army. He was a truck driver and later a security guard for Carpet Mills, Dalton, Ga. He was also a skilled custom leather-worker. He was a member of the Church of God, North Platte, Neb. Survivors include three stepdaughters, Barbara Loving of Slidell, La., Sharon Longbine of Cozad, Neb. and Linda of Oklahoma, Okla.; a brother, Richard 'Dick' Clevenger of Letts; and a brother, Kenneth Clevenger of Marion, Ky.
