G. E. 'Andy Hodge' Starr MUSCATINE, Iowa #45;- G. E. 'Andy Hodge' Starr, 26, Muscatine, died Saturday, Nov. 23, 2002, at his sister's home after an extended illness. Graveside services are 11:15 a.m. Wednesday at Greenwood Cemetery. The Rev. Sharon Phillips will officiate. Pallbearers are Tony Greenwald, Robert Ash, Bobby Woodsmall, John Brinson, Klem Vogue and Mike Murdock. Visitation is 9-11 a.m. Wednesday at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Andy Starr Memorial Fund. Mr. Starr was born June 11, 1976, in Iowa City, the son of Mattie Starr Nott. He has resided in Muscatine for most of his life. He attended Muscatine Schools. He loved his nieces and nephews and watching his favorite football team, the Chicago Bears. He enjoyed his family and friends. He had worked at Letica. Survivors include his mother, Mattie Nott and husband Bill of Muscatine; two brothers, Kenneth W. Strong Jr. of Muscatine and Robert D.
