Clarence Haller WATERLOO, Iowa #45;- Clarence Cecil Haller, 49, Waterloo, died Monday, Jan. 6, 2003, at his home. Graveside services are 2 p.m. Thursday at the Columbus City Cemetery, Columbus City. The Rev. Wade DuRoe will officiate. A memorial has been established at the Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home, Columbus Junction. Mr. Haller was born on Sept. 24, 1953, in Cedar Falls, the son of Elmer R. and Dorothy Byrd Haller. He was married to Kathy McCallister. Survivors include a daughter, Stacy Mathias and her husband, Jerry, of Muscatine; his parents, Delbert and Dorothy Wakefield of Letts; a brother, Michael Haller and his wife, Cindy, of Atalissa; two sisters, Linda Johnson and her husband, Ronald, of Muscatine and Becky Buttrick and her husband, Andrew, of Clermont, Fla.
