Jean Wiese BENNETT, Iowa #45;- Jean Irene Wiese, 60, of 2111 230th St., Bennett, died Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2003, at Genesis Medical Center - East Campus, Davenport, after a sudden illness. Services are 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, at the United Methodist Church, Tipton. The Rev. E. Jeanne Koughn will officiate. Musical selections will be provided by organist, Sylvia Gould and vocalist, Danette Kelting. Pallbearers are Todd Schwarz, Robert Wiese, John Wiese, Kenneth Helt, Allen Wiese. Burial will be at Inland Cemetery, Bennett. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. today at the Fry Funeral Home, Tipton. A memorial has been established. Mrs. Wiese was born Nov. 20, 1942, in Burlington, the daughter of Ernest H. and Geneva S. Oetken Ludemann. She married Roger Dean Wiese June 24, 1967, in Burlington. She graduated from Danville High School and received a bachelor of arts degree from Northeast Missouri State. She was a school teacher and a homemaker. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Farm Bureau, Republicans and various church groups and school committees.
