Pamela Burns WAVERLY, Iowa #45;- Pamela Ann Burns, 52, Waverly, died Friday, Aug. 29, 2003, at her home. Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3, at the Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home, Waverly. After the services her body will be cremated. Burial of the cremains will be held at a later date. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. She was born on Jan. 14, 1951, in Charles City, the daughter of Joseph Meyers and Harold and Marian Morey Mettner. She graduated from Hawkeye Community College with a nursing degree. She had worked in the OB department at Waverly Municipal Hospital for six years. She enjoyed fishing and spending time with her children and her grandchildren. Survivors include a daughter, Tori Lybarger and her husband, Brent, of El Paso, Ill.; five sons, Jeff Larson of Waverly, Brandon Larson and his friend, Preasha Larson, of Muscatine, Grant Burns, Greg Burns and Gavin Burns, all of Waverly; seven grandchildren; five brothers and sisters, Richard Meyers and his friend, Delores Martin, of Independence, Gary Meyers and his wife, Judy, of Clifton, Colo., Joseph Meyers and his wife, Jan, of Wichita, Kan., Anita Gayther and her friend, Bob B...[more]
