William Harvey SPRING, Texas #45;- William L. 'Bill' Harvey, 66, Spring, died Monday, Dec. 8, 2003, in Muscatine. Services are 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home, 2907 Mulberry Ave. Pallbearers are Bob Tilton, Calvin Robinson, Mike Copeland, Tim Bresnahan, Richard Turner, Ian Sholl and Austin Tilton. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery. After the burial, a time of food and fellowship will be held at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home Community Room. Visitation is 4-7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the Salvation Army. Mr. Harvey was born March 19, 1937, in Muscatine, the son of Ward W. and Lillius Mercer Zirkle Harvey. He worked for Wilson's Foods in Monmouth, Ill., for more than 20 years. He loved woodworking, enjoyed ducks and was a daily customer to the Maid-Rite, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family. Survivors include four daughters, Cindy Sarver and Sheryl Tilton and husband Bob, all of Spring, and Kathy Bresnahan and husband Tim of Monmouth, and Sandra Harvey of Spring; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
