ited States Army during WWII from May 1942 - Jan. 1946, serving in Central America and overseas in Okinawa. He owned and operated DX Tank Service in Columbus Junction and retired from the Crane Valve Co. He was a Machine Operator in Washington. He was a member of the Columbus Junction American Legion and the VFW in Fairfield Bay, Ark. He enjoyed fishing, camping, watching birds and playing cards. He is survived by his special friend, Elizabeth Miller of Columbus Junction; three sons, Richard B. "Zeke" Fuller and his wife, Rolene of Columbus Junction, Dennis "Mike" Fuller of Columbus Junction and John A. Fuller and his wife, Janet of Columbus Junction; two daughters; Linda J. Milks and her husband, Clyde of Winfield and Teresa D. Beukenhorst of Columbus Junction; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, two brothers; Robert Fuller and his wife, Kitty of Fla. and Edward Fuller and his wife, Shirley of Muscatine; three sisters, Marcia Gabriel of Ankeny, Mary Hill of West Des Moines and Harriett Heckathorn of Madrid and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, one brother, Paul and one sister, Josephine Crumly.
