Survived by wife, Angie Cianciotto; children, Diane (Joe) Masi, John Cianciotto, JoAnn Cianciotto; grandchildren, Michael Masi, Joe Masi, Jenelle Masi; sister, Isabelle Yuska; several nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends; and dog, Neico. Joseph's visitation will be from 4-8 PM on Friday at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd). His funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:15 AM on Saturday at St. Theodore's Church, 168 Spencerport Rd, Rochester, NY 14606. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Theodore's Church in Joseph's memory. Born on May 28, 1922, Joe grew up on Kent St. in Rochester, NY. During his youth, Joe delivered newspapers and picked beans. As an adult, Joe worked at Eastman Kodak and was also a very proud tool die maker at Liberty Tool Die company. Joe met his wife Angelina at her sister's wedding and they were married on November 20th 1948 at St. Francis of Assisi Church. activities such as golfing, bowling, baseball, fishing and traveling to the casino. He also liked to tend to his vegetable garden, enjoyed a good glass of wine and a gin martini during his leisurely time. Joe was also a member of the "52 Club" which included ten of his neighborhood friends and was known to always have gum in his pocket. Joe also spent time watching baseball on T.V. and his favorite team was the Baltimore Orioles. He liked baseball so much that he would take a vacation so he could watch the World Series on T.V. He also liked to watch cowboy movies and Texas Walker Ranger T.V. show. Joe was known to be a very supportive grandfather, he was friendly, helpful, reliable and handy. He was also a perfectionist, had a good sense of humor, and was very well liked by many who knew him. Joe will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by his family and friends.
