Rick Murdock MUSCATINE, Iowa #45;- David R. 'Rick' Murdock, 52, Muscatine, died Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2004, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City. Services are 9:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 13, at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home, 2907 Mulberry Ave. The Rev. Hal Green will officiate. Casket bearers are Jeff Hall, Wayne Wanek, Tim Sands, Tim Murdock, Ryan Horak and Steve Denkman. Burial will be at Conesville Cemetery. Visitation is 4-7 p.m. today at the funeral home. A memorial has been established at the funeral home. Mr. Murdock was born June 26, 1951, in Iowa City, the son of Robert and Naomi Wehmeyer Murdock. He worked for the Muscatine Community School System as an electrician for more than 13 years. He loved his family and enjoyed the challenge of his computer. Survivors include his parents, Robert and Naomi of Conesville; his wife, Jackie Johnson; a son, August R. Murdock and wife, Alicia, of Augusta, Ga.; a daughter, Susan L.
